REGISTRATION
Please
take a moment to read the following
instructions in order to clarify the
registration process
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
General information:
-All participants
must register on line.
- Before you
click to submit, print two copies
of the completed form, one for your
records and one to send in with your
payment or choose to save the form
for future reference. (File > Save
as)
Note:
Full-time students complete the
general registration form and choose
to send in a cheque or use PayPal
for the fees but they must send in or bring with
them a completed
Full-time
Student Proof of Status Form
in order to receive the student
tariff. Also consider applying for
the
Student Travel
Grant
(print pdf.) or
the
online direct-submit Travel Grant
form.
Registration Fees
- Convention
costs include annual membership dues
(regular member $20, retired or
student member
$10) and taxes.
- Postdated
cheques are not accepted.

- Membership
expires immediately before the next
Convention.
- Retirees must
provide proof of their status.
- Payment by mail
by November 8
- Payment online
using PayPal by November 10,
8:00pm
- Via PayPal
(secure credit card payment online)
- By cheque
to the order of SPEAQ (Include a
copy of your registration form with
your payment.)
Note: If you wish
that a bill be sent to your
institution, send in all billing
instructions.
-
After clicking on
submit a window will open to thank
you and confirm your form was
submitted. In the same message is a
link to continue on to PayPal
if you choose that method of
payment.
- Online
PayPal credit card payment
confirms your payment directly and
consequently you are immediately
registered.
- Payment by
cheque means upon reception of
your cheque to the order of
SPEAQ in the appropriate amount, you
will be sent confirmation of your
registration.
-A receipt
will be included in the convention
package you will receive upon
arrival at the convention site.
-All refunds must
be requested in writing within 14
days of the convention.
- Membership
dues and a $20 administration
fee are not refundable.

Skyfall Casino Night
SPEAQ has turned 41, and it is now
Montreal's turn to partake in the
celebrations! SPEAQ will hold a
"Casino Night" on Friday, November
15, 2013.
There will be games (black jack,
poker, roulette, etc.), prizes and
music. All of this for only $20.
Also included in the price are
tokens and a free drink. Places are
limited, so register early by
checking the appropriate box on the
registration form and including your
payment. Come join us for a
Skyfall fun evening!
